Laser Gas analyz

PERGAM has implemented a project o­n creating the system of remote diagnostics of trunk pipelines. The system's main feature is a high degree of information reliability, with the data being obtained in real-time operation mode. Laser gas analyz is the nucleus of the system. This is the latest Russian development allowing multiple increase in diagnostic accuracy as compared with traditional methods of leak detection.
 

Infrared Thermographic Detection of Water in Aviation Honeycomb Panels

PERGAM company, in cooperation with a group of scientists, has elaborated the procedure and computerized inprocess thermal gauging system of water (defects in honeycomb constructions of aerospace cat arise, mainly, due to water). Key advantages of this system are as follows: noncontact diagnostics, high productivity, adequacy and obviousness of inspection data.
The system of express-control of aerospace cat has undergone lab and industrial tests at various objects and is recommended for operation in Russian airlines.
 

A New Solution for the Industry Market

PERGAM manufactures specialized mobile diagnostic laboratories based o­n freight and passenger vehicles of Russian and foreign producers.

Mobile laboratories are designed for inspection auditing purposes o­n new and existing energy, transoil-and-gas, petrochemistry and metallurgy enterprises, as well as o­n some other industrial enterprises.

Multifunctional System of Helicopter Patrolling

On board of «Mi», «KA» and «Colibri» helicopters, PERGAM has created a multifunctional lab for remote scanning and precise localization of places of gas and transoil leakages in long-distance trunk pipelines.

The helicopter patrolling system has also been effectively used for detecting defects in power supply lines, seats of fire and damages at industrial enterprises of chemical and transoil-and-gas processing branches.

PERGAM service center is authorized by the producers for installation and maintenance of the supplied cat throughout its operation period, as well as o­n warranty and post-warranty repairs.

PERGAM conducts training of specialists in head office, at customers site and at educational centers of manufacturers in Great Britain, Germany, Ireland, the USA and Sweden.
